Today’s Special
Our 1/3 pound burgers!
I wanted to go out with a bang, and Tim said this was the way to do it.
1/3 Pounder on our homemade bun, homemade special sauce and cheese! Yummmm!
I’ll put a few updates here in the days to come. I’ve got plans ahead of me I’d like to share!

Dear Friends,
Being sick has forced me to accept I'm human. Gosh I hate the sound of that! I'm a woman, dang it--I should be able to do it all. Having to close when I'm not feeling well or have an appointment or just need some time off really isn't the way to run a business. It's frustrating for you and it's frustrating for me.
I've shared with a few of you already that I've thought it's just too much. It is. I'm going to be closing my door for good on Wednesday. I'm going to go back to making cakes and whatever else you'd like once again from my comfy little house. Not ready to lay that spatula down!!
I'm not going to sit home and look at the walls-I've got a couple of things I'm looking at and one of them is sharing my knowledge by holding little classes and teaching different techniques and 'cool' ideas. I think we're all trying to save money and are getting back to a "do-it-yourself" frame of mind. I'd love to show you, for example--just how to make a cupcake bouquet! I'll post here and on facebook as the idea takes hold. I'm also working on putting my recipes in a book. That's going to be fun!

I'll keep you posted as this week goes on. I'll probably be offering some mark-downs Tuesday and Wednesday and when things are gone, they're gone. But--*smile* special orders are always welcome!! I sincerely thank each and every one of you for your support and encouragement these past months.
